Fat free, full fiber and non-dairy
Preheat oven to 400 F. Thoroughly mix all ingredients except milk and vinegar. Combine the milk and vinegar and add to dough, stir only enough to blend completely . Drop by heaping spoonfuls onto a non-stick cookie sheet and bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until slightly browned. Serve with stews, chili or soups. Split and spread with honey for a breakfast treat.

Prune puree is
easily made by blending pitted prunes with enough water to make a
paste. Baby food prunes with tapioca works equally as well.

are mostly prune puree and can also be used.
