Quick, easy and unusual treat
Lay aparagus out in square microwave dish. Add broth and cover. Microwave for 3
minutes at high. Add all remaining ingredients, cover and microwave for one
minute, or until tender. Do not overcook or asparagus will get too soft.
4 servings, each 28.4 calories, 9% from fat (0.34 g), 58% from carbohydrates (5.04 g), 33% from protein (2.85 g). Sodium 46.6 mg, Fiber 2 g.
Vinegars come in many different flavors. For variety, try a fruit based vinegar, such as raspberry, or a balsamic vinegar, a sweeter, mellow vinegar that has been aged in wood.
